Nine specialties, one accountable team. Here is exactly what each service covers — and how we hold it to standard at every property we serve.
Our route technicians visit your property three times every week — the cadence commercial water actually demands. On every visit, water chemistry is tested, balanced, and documented, surfaces are brushed and vacuumed, and equipment is inspected, so your pool is swim-ready and inspection-ready every day of the week.
Heaters, pumps, filters, and automation systems — we specify the right equipment for your facility, install it correctly, and stand behind it. Because our repair crew is in-house, the same specialists who maintain your equipment room are the ones who repair and replace what's in it.
Equipment lasts longer and fails less when it's cared for on schedule. Our preventative programs service heaters and equipment-room systems to manufacturer specifications — documented inspections that extend equipment life and keep unplanned closures off your calendar.
We design, install, and service salt chlorination systems and automated chemical controllers that hold your water chemistry steady around the clock. The result is softer-feeling water, fewer chemistry swings between visits, and tighter control of chemical costs.
Chlorine, acid, and specialty chemicals delivered in bulk on a schedule matched to your property's actual usage. Your tanks stay filled, your storage stays organized, and your water never waits on a supply run.
When staining and scale dull a pool's finish, a professional acid wash strips away years of buildup and restores the bright, clean surface your residents remember. We handle draining, washing, and restart — and balance the water before the first swimmer returns.
The Virginia Graeme Baker Act sets strict standards for drain covers and anti-entrapment protection — and inspectors check. We perform compliance inspections, replace covers with certified models on schedule, and document everything so your file is ready when the health department asks.
Many repairs don't require an empty pool. Our technicians work in the water to fix leaks, lights, tile, and drain components — resolving problems with far less downtime and none of the cost of draining and refilling thousands of gallons.
Not sure your current service is delivering what you're paying for? We provide an independent, expert assessment of your aquatic operation — water quality, equipment condition, compliance status, and service value — with clear, prioritized recommendations.
Aquatic Facility Services, Inc. is a commercial pool and spa service company based in Anaheim, California. We exist for one kind of client: properties where the water has to be right — apartment communities, HOAs, country clubs, school districts, and municipal facilities across Orange County.
We are an owner-led company. The owner serves as the Responsible Managing Officer on our California contractor's license and has since 2009, and stays close to the work — the routes, the repairs, and the standards every technician is held to. That accountability is the business model: when something matters at your property, it reaches the owner, not a call center.
Today, 95 commercial properties trust AFS with their pools and spas. Our team pairs certified route technicians — each dedicated to the properties on their route — with a repair crew that handles everything from heater service to full equipment replacement, all in-house.

Any company can promise clean water. We built our operation around proof, prevention, and one accountable team.
Every route stop ends with a digital service report delivered to you — actual water readings and time-stamped photos, not a door hanger and a promise.
Our own technicians service your pool, and our own repair specialists fix what's in the equipment room. The people who know your property are the people who show up.
Your pool is serviced by a dedicated route technician — the same professional, visit after visit, who knows your equipment, your usage patterns, and your residents' expectations. And because we operate six days a week, help is never far away.
Health-department inspections aren't an event we prepare for — they're the standard we work to every visit. Chemistry documented, drain covers certified, equipment maintained: when an inspector walks your deck, the file is already in order.
Ninety-five commercial properties count on AFS — places where a cloudy pool or a failed inspection isn't an inconvenience, it's a headline.
We walk your property, test the water, and inspect every piece of equipment — no obligation, no pressure.
You receive a clear, written proposal covering service, equipment needs, and compliance items — prioritized and transparent.
