COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE
Aquatic Facility Services Inc is fully certified, licensed and insured to provide full maintenance and repair services for swimming pools, spas, fountains, waterfalls, creeks/streams, reflection pools and other water features.

We develop a full custom maintenance program for each one of our clients which will include a routine maintenance and a preventative maintenance schedule.
Your routine maintenance schedule is designed to maintain proper water chemistry, safety and cleanliness, while the preventative maintenance schedule is implemented to promote equipment longevity and avoid early deterioration and malfunctions due to neglect.
EQUIPMENT SERVICE & REPAIR
AFS Inc provides expert onsite repair, replacement and installation services for all equipment related to proper pool and spa operation. This includes but is not limited to pool circulation pumps, heaters, filters, timers, controls, pool lights, chemical feeders and salt/chlorination systems.
AFS Inc can also provide scheduled maintenance and preventative maintenance for all your aquatic facility's equipment including Heaters, Chemical Controllers, Chemical Feeders, Filters and Pumps to name a few.
Performing schduled maintanenac and preventative maintenance on your equipment can help ensure the manufacture will honor its warranty it can also help prevent premature failure of the equipment and help ensure the equipment meets and many times exceeds its life expectancy.

We specialize in large projects. We have successfully completed ontime and within budget the replacement of over 600 LED pool lights for one of our clients. We are also currently one of a very select group of contractors chosen to participate as installers for SCE's variable speed pump upgrade progem. We have succesfully replaced over 500 single speed pumps for energy efficient variable speed pumps.
